In the last few days, two big, gorgeous actresses on TV have tied the knot and are enjoying every moment of this new phase of life. After the wedding pictures and videos of these two actresses, their post-wedding look is also going to attract equal attention. After marriage, both the actresses have completed their look in a sari like traditional Indian newlywed and both of their looks are no less than inspiration for new brides.
Karishma wore a pink silk sari
Karishma is wearing a pink color silk saree with golden thread work embedded beautifully. The golden effect and shine are visible in the saree but is not dominating the pink look of the saree. Karishma completed her look with a pearl and gold choker, necklace, earrings, and golden bangles. The actress’s mangal sutra with vermilion, bindi, black beads, and diamond pendant is giving more glow to her look. For this look, the actress has adopted a ‘no-makeup makeup look and has used a natural shade of lip color on the lips.
Mouni Roy wore red Banarasi saree
For the post-wedding look on the second day of marriage, Mouni Roy wore a red-colored Banarasi saree, in which golden zari was done beautifully. A beautiful combination of red and golden is seen in Mouni’s saree and like any traditional Banarasi saree, golden zari work is visible in it. The actress complemented her look with a beautiful golden choker and earrings.
Talking about makeup, Mouni complemented her look with bold, black-winged liner and pink lipstick with perfectly defined eyebrows. Mouni has skipped the bindi and vermilion is adding a new bride glow to her look.
Makeup was different for both
Mouni Roy and Karishma Tanna are the newlywed actresses of the industry. Both of them adopted completely different looks at their wedding. While Mouni created a very traditional bridal look in a Sabyasachi red lehenga, Karisma went for a soft, minimalist bridal look in a pastel pink lehenga designed by Falguni Shane Peacock.
For the post-wedding look, both the actresses had given a bridal glow to their look in traditional desi saris, but where Karisma chose a silk saree that can be worn again and again on any special occasion and the makeup was kept natural. On the other hand, like a traditional Bengali beauty, Mouni not only chose a Banarasi sari for herself, but as always, she also kept her makeup on point.
